Surviving Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) changed my life in various ways, affecting every aspect ofmy life, including physical health. For me, it resulted in an unexpected weight gain of 50 pounds, a consequence of coping mechanisms and lifestyle changes. However, my journey towards healing and reclaiming my health took a pivotal turn when I discovered NNBODY Health Club.
